We are looking for an experienced baker to join us full-time from April, 2026 🌾
Someone who is up for the challenge of baking with locally grown grains, freshly milled flour, sourdoughs, fruity preserves from the summer - and the sweetest team of bakers, cooks and FOH who share the responsibility of making lille happen every day 🌾
As always we are looking for passionate, nerdy & kind humans with good communication skills who loves to be a part of a small, creative team, and is excited about working closely with our farmers & millers, seasons & food systems.
Could it be you who...
is ready to join us full time, 5 days a week
has minimum 1 year of professional baking experience
has a love for working with local & seasonal produce
is comfortable taking ownership & responsibility
is able to work in a small team, in a small space
is looking for a long term commitment
is able to work in the EU
has an interest & love for small farmers & regenerative agriculture 🌾
